All of the products on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars and are available for shipping worldwide. By using our online store you agree to the information below.

• Log In / Account Creation

  On our website, you have the option to sign up for an account that will allow you to create a Wishlist or a Gift Registry.

• Products

  Kolkid's website may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order.

• Security of Credit Card Information

  Kolkid uses an industry standard SSL encryption for all credit card transactions at checkout. Our site uses Verified by Visa system as it allows for additional security to protect our customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

• When will my order be processed?

  You will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. Check your confirmation carefully and make sure all the information is correct.
  
  Orders are generally charged to your credit card within 48 hours. Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. If the billing address you provide does not match the address on your credit card account, your order may be delayed.

• Shipping

  Kolkid uses UPS for all shipping. All of our products will be shipped out within 3-5 business days unless there is a lead time noted for a special order item.
  
  On occasion our shipping cost may be different than the prices quoted below due to excessive weight or irregular size. In such instances you will be notified via email of the price adjustment for your approval before we charge your credit card.

• Damaged Items ∧ Shipments

  Please contact Kolkid immediately if your shipment arrives damaged so that we can process a claim with the carrier immediately. We will require pictures of the damage to the item, outside packaging and label pictures within 2 days in order to process ANY claim. Please ensure you inspect your shipment and make notes of any visible damage to the driver. Should your item be imperfect due to manufacturing processes we will work with the supplier to correct any issues on individual customer basis.

• What is your return policy?

  If you're not happy, please contact us. You may return an item within 21 days for exchange or Kolkid credit ONLY. Returns beyond this period may incur a 20% restocking fee. Credits are valid for 1 year. Special orders and sale items are non-returnable. Please email RMA@kolkid.ca before returning any merchandise to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the front of the package.
  
  Returned merchandise must be unused with original packaging and tags intact. Returns must be well packed and insured for their full value. We cannot assume responsibility for return fees or problems in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
  Any items purchased on sale are final and are not returnable. No refunds or credits are available for sale items.
  
  If the return is not due to damaged merchandise or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• What if I want to exchange something I received for another product?

  In the event of an exchange, a new order will be created and the amount will be deducted from the credit note issued. Normal shipping charges will apply.

• How should I ship my return?

  Be sure to contact Kolkid before shipping your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (RMA@kolkid.ca). We will not accept your return without a RMA Number.
  
  Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box and write the RMA # on the outside of the box. Enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the reason for your return written on the back.
  
  Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to Kolkid using the delivery service of your choice.

• Can I bring my return to Kolkid?

  Yes, we can accept returns within 30 days of purchase at our store

• How will you refund the charges for returned merchandise?

  We will refund the credit card you used to place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to the credit card account once it has been processed. All refunds granted are for the cost of the product only. Shipping costs are non -refundable.
